If you want to download this video follow these steps
1 where is your operating system installed ?
2 you have to show your hidden files
in tools menu in your folder
3 go to that drive like go to C:Documents and Settings
4 what is your user name in your operating system like mine is allkhanan
C:Documents and Settingsallkhanan
open that folder and
5 open local settings and temprory internet files
then click on arrenge by size copy big files to another filder and enjoy
you can play these files on FLV player
