1. What payment methods do you support?

For customers living in China, we have Alipay (www.alipay.com )

For international customers, we support PayPal ( www.paypal.com ).

2. What currency do you accept on your site?

We accept three types of currency on our website.

For customers reside in China, we accept Chinese Yuan (Ren Min Bi). For International customers, we accept US Dollars and Euro.

All the prices and the credits you have on your account are shown in Chinese Yuan. When you send us the payment, we will convert that amount into Chinese Yuan according to the Exchange Rate on the date we received payment. (You can check out Yahoo! Finance for current Exchange Rate of your currency.)

You can also use our small Javascript currency converter to get a rough idea on how much the products cost in Euro as well as US Dollars. But be aware that the Exchange Rates used in the javascript currency converter are fixed, though we update the rates frequently. If you want a accurate conversion, please use Yahoo! Finance for up-to-date Exchange Rate.

3. Will you keep my personal financial information?

No. We do not keep any of your financial information. All the payment process will happen in a third party payment website where you can make secured payments.

4. Why should I prepay?

When you purchase products from our online system. It checks to see if you have enough credits to pay for your order(s). If you already have credits on account, you can finish payment immediately and download the products you purchased on the fly. Otherwise you may experience some delay, usually within 24 hours, waiting for our staffs to confirm your payment. ( Check out our buying process guide )

6. As a seller, when do I receive my royalty payment?

We process all sellers' royalty payments every month and send out payment on 15th of each month, the requirement is that your account balance reached $200 Chinese Yuan. If the balance of your account does not reach $200 Chinese Yuan. We will forward the current balance into next month, until the balance reaches $200 Chinese Yuan.
